NATP local chapters are separate legal entities that may be subject to different regulations than the national organization, please contact your local chapter for more information.

NATP publishes content and materials through our service. Some of these materials are available to members and some may require you to create an account in the Service. Events

Continuing Education Credits and Certifications

When you register for a course with NATP we will collect and store necessary information to process your credits and certifications according to your designations that we have collected from you.

Membership

When you create an account, become a member of NATP or register for any part of the Service you will be required to provide information as part of the process. The information you provide is used to communicate with you and to build content and activities that we believe will be of interest to you. Newsletters and Promotions

When credits are eligible for reporting to continuing education credit governing agencies we will share only the information required to process your credit with the governing agencies. These third-party service providers will only have access to the information needed to perform these limited functions on our behalf. Statistical Analysis

We may share your information with some third party providers to perform data collection, analysis and processing including market and consumer research, customer profiling, customer satisfaction research, trend analysis and financial analysis. Artificial Intelligence

Our service utilizes Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) and LLM technology, an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) language model, to provide certain services and enhance user experience. GPT may be used for functions such as content generation, recommendations, or customer support. We are committed to using GPT responsibly and ethically, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices. We share your information with local chapters​ so they can offer membership and associated services to you pursuant to your membership in that Chapter.
