I am an Enrolled Agent and NTPIF in Jacksonville, Fl. I wish to sell my practice, which consist of 15 monthly accounting clients and 15 other clients on quarter end months. The tax clients consist of 45 to 50 Corp. Subchapter S returns and 140 to 150 personal 1040 clients. I do not have any employees. I work about 40 hrs a week for tax season and less the remainder of the year. I take four weeks off each year. The practice grosses from 80,000 to 90,000 each year at a gross profit of 60 to 65 percent.
I will work with a buyer for one to two months to make the transfer.
