To spend more time with my family I am selling my CPA practice. Clients are mostly in NU and PA and some nationally. Have two reviews and a few compilations. Some heavy tax work. Complicated returns and use CCH Profx. No write-ups and no payroll. Been in business for 50 years with experienced and loyal staff. Gross receipts for 2024 will be around $550 to $600 K. I do not and will not any circumstances deal with any business broker. Please do not waste my time. You will deal with the sole owner only. Will need to get funds within 18 months of closing so I am willing to take less for a cash deal. Do not want to hold paper. I have been known to be honest and straight with my dealings with people.
