Established boutique Tax & Wealth Services firm based in Charleston, SC is seeking to acquire an additional firm(s) in the Southeast Region and/or a fully virtual firm.

E.A. led, we're entering our 20th year of business. Ours is a consultative practice, assisting our clients with bookkeeping, tax preparation, tax strategy, and financial planning. Our clients tend to be upper middle-class to lower upper-class, with a heavy concentration of self-employed individuals, real estate investors, and higher income W2 earners.
